      Choosing an orientation

      When ordering your Jamb Mount handrail, we determine left handed or right handed from the perspective of standing at the bottom of the stairs looking up - left handed handrails are placed on the left door jamb and right handed handrails are placed on the right door jamb.

      *Please double check that you are ordering the correct orientation.

      Excellent product

      I purchased the "right-hand" to test it out, and was very pleased with the quality, and how well it secured to my door frame. I was somewhat hesitant because it doesn't mount to the garage floor; even though that's what I like about the design. But it's absolutely secure; and not going anywhere. I immediately purchased the "left-hand" to accompany the first one purchased. I highly recommend this product!! Great quality! Great product!

      Outstanding Customer Service

      The handrail product is substantial. Not flimsy sheet metal, but strong and durable. Had an issue with the screws. A 1/8 inch hole is too small to insert a #10 screw into without running the risk of damaging the screw head, which I did. Emailed customer service about the issue and requested new screws. No issue from customer service. Shipped new screws the day I complained and confirmed that a 5/32 drill may be used without risking the screws pulling out. Very satisfied.
